Limited handicap accessible ADA parking for guests with properly displayed plates or placards is available on site by entering the south fairground entrance on Cochran Ave. Street parking on side streets immediately next to the fairgrounds is NOT allowed, but street parking west of Cochran Avenue or north of M50 is allowed. NO PARKING AT THE FAIRGROUNDS.

Pick up and drop off locations: Parkview Elementary and Beach Market Address for Beach Market -200 West Lovett Street, Charlotte and for Parkview Elementary is 301 East Kalamo Hwy, Charlotte Shuttle Times: Friday- 4:30pm - 11:30pm Saturday- 9:30am - 11:30pm Sunday 10:30 am - 4:30pm Shuttle wait times are expected to be around 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Parking at pickup locations is free. |
The Mead Hall will be open Friday (5:00 PM- 11:00 PM ) and Saturday (Noon- 11:00 PM) There is no cover charge, and individuals under age 21 will be allowed to enjoy the entertainment.
Remember, most of the festival will be OUTDOORS. Dress warmly! Festival grounds could be muddy and/or icy.
